Jalen Rose has been sentenced to jail over a DUI arrest that took place in Michigan last March when he crashed his Escalade in West Bloomfield. Neither Rose or his passenger were injured but field sobriety test were conducted and he was taken into custody. Michigan’s legal driving limit is 0.08 %. Per hospital tests, Jalen’s blood-alcohol content was 0.12%. If you recall, Rose forgot to mention the incident to his ESPN bosses and was suspended from the network when they found out.
In May, Rose plead guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. This morning he was sentenced to serve 93 days in jail but, will only actually serve 20.
