Derrick Rose added a new piece of real estate to his life. This move was all about expanding while maintaing privacy. The Bulls star has purchased the condo next door to his in the Trump towers.Roses’s current condo on the 84th floor is 3,102 square-feet and has three bedrooms. With his latest purchase, he’ll add another 1,017 square-feet to his living situation for $2.8 million.

BALLER STATUS! And look at that view! I love it.

FYI, this is a condo that’s the same floor plan as the one Derrick purchased. Not his actual new one.
