Chad Johnson might be an attention whore but he’s not for his sex life being part of that equation. At least not on video and without his consent. Last week, scenes from a sextape were leaked with Ochocinco getting it in with a tatted stripper named Wankaego.
Since then the tape has been removed from WSHH after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Chad’s attorneys but they aren’t stopping there, Chad is suing the sire and Media Take Out claiming copyright infringement because Chad claims the video was stolen from his cell phone and he never gave permission for its release.
Chad is suing for unspecified damages and a ban from the sites posting the footage again. He’s also allegedly targeting sites that feature stills from the video as well.
Guess we’ll see how this plays out.
