Looks as if both L.A. teams will contain a player who received an individual honor this season. As expected, the Clippers will announce on Wednesday that Blake Griffin has been awarded “Rookie Of The Year” for the 2010- 2011 NBA season.
Griffin averaged 22.5 points and 12.1 rebounds per game this season, was named to the All-Star team AND won the Dunk contest.
Here’s hoping Donald Sterling won’t mess this up. Interesting to note, Blake is the 5th Clipper to receive Rookie Of The Year honors. Check out some of Blake’s dunks from the season:
