Police in the Dominican Republic are searching for Orioles relief pitcher Alfredo Simon as the main suspect for the murder of Michel Castillo Almonte and wounding Michel’s 17-year-old brother during a New Year’s Eve argument.

Orioles representative Felipe Alou Jr. says he has spoken with Simon and the pitcher says he wasn’t involved in the shootings.

Interesting, so why hasn’t he got his lawyer and gone to speak with the proper authorities?
