Congratulations are in order for Thunder star Kevin Durant and Minnesota Lynx guard Monica Wright. At some point last week, it appears KD proposed to Monica. MediaTakeOut snagged a photo of the ring. Kevin and Monica have been friends since high school and the friendship turned into love. Seattle Storm legend Tina Thompson congratulated the couple on Twitter. Neither Kevin or Monica has confirmed the news.
KD has been training in Los Angeles during the off-season. The Lynx just happened to have a game in LA last week when they faced off against the Sparks on Tuesday, July 2nd. The following day, Monica posted this message to her Twitter account.
