While the Jets were busy beating the Dolphins on Sunday in Miami, their significant others were participating in the NFL Ninja workout put together by Nike. The workout combines martial arts and football specific drills giving not only a complete body workout but a mental one as well. Participating in the fun were Terricka Cromartie, wife of Jets CB Antonio Cromartie, Trier Young-Allen, wife of Antonio Allen, Starr Scott, wife of Bart Scott, Michelle Beltran-McKnight, wife of Joe McKnight, Jesse Powell wife of Bilal Powell and trainer Ary Nunez.
The event took place at the Jets practice facility and of course the ladies were outfitted with Nike women’s workout gear.
