Looks as if Chris Paul has located his L.A. home. The Clippers superstar is purchasing the former home of pop star Avril Lavigne for $8.5 Million. The 12,184 square feet mansion is located in Bel-Air and includes 8 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. The Mediterranean-style house features a wine cellar, 10-car garage, and a gym with a sauna.
In addition to that, there is also an outdoor living room the opens up to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ. Lavigne purchased the home in 2007 from another famous couple, former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his wife.If you were a fan of their MTV reality show, Meet the Barkers, it’s the same home that was featured.
