Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from her husband of just 72 days, Nets player, Kris Humphries. While you and I saw this coming eons ago, Humphries was blindsided.
Kris has issued his own statement and he really wants to try to work things out with Kim
“I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce. I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents,” he says in the statement, “and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”
If you believe TMZ‘s version of the events, Kim felt that Kris was too fame hungry… HA -what, you laughed at that idea too. What finally made her pull the trigger When she discovered Kris had hired his own publicist to repair his image. That the whole “quiet life in Minnesota” that Kris allegedly wanted was an act.The irony in that, living in Minnesota would’ve caused their downfall as well.
The prenup the two signed says that both Kris and Kim walk away with what they had when they got married soooo, there goes that. The “ring” was sponsored and once they got married it became Kim’s property. But on the plus side, he has 2 different reality shows under his belt and the most publicity of his eight-year NBA career (I bet you didn’t know this is his eight season in the L)
