Russell Westbrook parlayed his signature lense-less glasses look into a new eye wear line. The Oklahoma City Thunder star’s “Westbrook Eyeframe” officially launched. With styles named after cities in and around LA County, prices range from $90- $150.
In basketball related news, Westbrook won’t be competing in Team USA this summer. Per Adrian Worjanowski of Yahoo, Russ has withdrawn from the two-month commitment and will skip the July training camp, the August exhibitions, and the tournament itself. Russ is coming off of three knee surgeries on his right knee in the last 15 months. He probably needs to rest it.
This opens up the door for a younger player like Steph Curry, Damian Lillard or Kyrie Irving to make an international impact.
