Ex NBA star Gilbert Arenas is in trouble again. With the fourth of July just over a week away, Gil was ready to get into the spirit of things. Per TMZ, Arenas was arrested early this morning for possession of illegal fireworks. Arenas was pulled over around 2:30 a.m. in Los Angeles by highway patrol for speeding (he was going about 80 miles an hour) in a Ford pickup truck. Police noticed the the back of the truck loaded up with boxes of fireworks. Arenas was booked for possession of illegal fireworks, and cited for speeding without a driver’s license. Arenas was released this morning with out bail. The bomb squad was called and it is believed there was at least a 100 pounds of illegal fireworks in the truck.
