Fashion week has officially kicked off in New York and that means photo opportunities for some of your fav jocks and their significant others. Olympic track Gold medalist, Sanya Richards-Ross was spotted at the BCBG event. Chris Bosh and JR Smith were at the Duckie Brown show. Tyson Chandler and his wife Kimberly, Amar’e Stoudemire and his fiance Alexis, two of the women recently featured in a New York magazine article on NBA wives and fashion, were of course on the scene.
The cast from Basketball Wives LA are in New York shooting. Looks like there are camps forming. Draya and Malaysia have been hanging out together while Gloria and Laura seem to be doing their own thing.
And the fashion enigma that is Russell Westbrook was scene at the Richard Chai show and the office of Nylon magazine.
Dwyane Wade is in New York promoting his book but as one of the NBA’s snazziest dressers was also spotted at varied fashion related events. In addition to participating on an ESPN panel on style and sports, DWade was spotted at the Calvin Klein collection during Fashion’s Night Out with the legendary Anna Wintour and Olympic Gold medalist, Ryan Lochte.
