More news regarding former NFL player Darren Sharper’s rape accusations.

Rape charges have been filed in Las Vegas against the former NFL safety. Sharper already has several sexual assault cases pending in Los Angeles, New Orleans and the Phoenix area.

He is accused of drugging and raping two unconscious tourists at a hotel there. Police there say Sharper went club-hopping with the women in January 2014 and took them to his hotel room, where he drugged them and then raped them after they lost consciousness.

The 39-year-old was accused of drugging women and then raping them in all of the incidents. Per the New Orleans Advocate, Sharper will strike a “global plea deal” on Monday morning. Details of the agreement will be announced then.

Sharper has been in the LA County jail since January of 2014. He was fired from his analyst job at the NFL network, shortly after the charges were announced.

Sharper retired in 2010 after a 14-year All-Pro as a defensive safety with the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints.
