It could be a coincidence that Warren Sapp won’t be returning to Showtime’s “Inside the NFL.” Or, it could have something to do with the former NFL star’s accusing Jeremy Shockey of being the “snitch” in the NFL bounty scandal without having proof. We’ll probably never know with any degree of certainty but Sapp is indeed out with the network.
Sapp recently filed for bankruptcy and mentioned that his contract with the NFL network is up in August as well. I guess the lesson here is get in front of it quickly if you stick your foot in your mouth.
