The fans have spoken, here are your 2015 NBA All-Star Eastern and Western Conference starters:
WEST:
Kobe Bryant
Stephen Curry
Anthony Davis
Marc Gasol
Blake Griffin
EAST:
LeBron James
John Wall
Kyle Lowery
Pau Gasol
Carmelo Anthony
Things of note:
Golden State Warriors’ guard Stephen Curry was the leading vote-getter, passing up LeBron James.
No KD or Russell Westbrook.
Pau and Marc Gasol were voted the first brothers to start in the All-Star Game. Yes Pau Gasol is an all-star again after a four-year absence.
Kobe was voted to into the All-Star game for the 17th time. But he tore a rotator cuff in his shoulder and is expected to be out for awhile.
NBA All-Star is in New York this year from February 13th – 15th. This is also the first season that the NBA will take a full week for the break. The events will be split between the Knicks home of Madison Square Garden, and the Brooklyn Nets’ Barclays Center.
