Kobe Bryant is traveling to Germany to have another round of platelet-rich plasma therapy on his right knee, league sources tell Y! Sports.

Kobe first had this procedure in 2011. His right knee has been problematic since 2003 when he first had arthroscopic surgery. He had it again in 2006.
