NBA Draft Fashion And Trends Recap: Red, The Swaggy Effect And Details

The NBA Draft is as much about the fashion as it is about who ends up where. Check out some of the trends from the 2015 class.

Red and burgundy were the colors of the night.

The number one pick, Karl-Anthony Townes was styled by Dwyane Wade’s stylist Calyann Bennett. His suit was custom made with an exclusive fabric in a zig-zag pattern, as were his size 20 Deltoro shoes. Townes also opted for no tie, instead rocking a custom Cuban link chain by Jason of Beverly Hills

Since we’re talking trends, there’s definitely a shift in artists popularity. Only one draftee listed a Drake song as his walk-up option. Young Thug, Fetty Wap and Rich Homie Quan were representing heavily.
