Lonzo Ball Drops 1st Single “Melo Ball”

The Balls are taking over basketball and pop culture. Melo – the youngest of the three Ball brothers -announced his own shoe for the family-owned Big Baller Brand (Triple B) last week.

Now we get the debut of Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball‘s new rap single. The song, “Melo Ball” was featured in the visuals for the shoe announcement, and the official track was released today.

Lonzo has a nice little flow – closer to 21 Savage than Nas – If you missed Lonzo on the “Ball in the Family” Facebook reality show talking about the current state of hip hop, you’ll get that reference.

“Don’t nobody listen to Nas no more, real hip-hop is Migos, Future.”

And let’s not forget his other controversial rap opinion,

I wonder if a full album is planned or a team up with the NBA’s current leading rapper/baller, Portland Trailblazers’ Damian Lillard? Probably not, the Ball family isn’t here for outsiders…

Let us know if you’re feeling Melo Ball.
