Film Synopsis

Sandler stars as Stanley Sugerman, an unlucky basketball scout for the Philadelphia 76ers. His wife, portrayed by Queen Latifah- has been on board with the dream since college but has grown tired of the grind that has caused him to miss important life events like their daughter’s birthday. While scouting abroad, Stanley discovers Bo Cruz (Juancho Hernangómez), a once-in-a-lifetime player with a rocky past. Sandler’s scout takes it upon himself to bring the phenom to America without his team’s approval. Against the odds, Stanley and Bo have one final shot to prove they have what it takes to make it in the NBA.

“Hustle” drops on Netflix on June 8.
