Kings star DeMarcus Cousins shows off his softer side [video]

Stiletto Jill interviewed Sacramento Kings star DeMarcus Cousins on the red carpet at the 2013 ESPYS awards. Jill discovered a softer side of “Boogie” simply by asking him, “what are you listening to?”

I think I made him blush. Pay attention ladies, a man that knows that the wind down is just as important as the “turn up” is a keeper.

DeMarcus is currently in Las Vegas working out with USA basketball. He plans to turn his image around this season with a new coach and semi-fresh start in Sacramento.

Cousins was asked by ESPN.com about his goals for the mini-camp, he was direct and to the point
“Come in and try to be the best big [in camp],”

Cousins is in camp with Anthony Davis, Andre Drummond, Kenneth Faried, Derrick Favors, DeAndre Jordan, Greg Monroe and Larry Sanders. He was also asked if there was another big man in the camp better than him.

”Nobody.”
