The jokes were never ending back in 2010, when New York Jets corner back Antonio Cromartie appeared on HBO’s “Hard Knocks” and appeared to be having a rough time recalling the names of all his children.
I hope Cro has been taking his Ginkgo Biloba – that’s a natural memory aid – because although he had a vasectomy, he and his wife Terricka are expecting twins!
Terricka Cromartie shared the news with US Weekly that she discovered she was pregnant last October after going to the emergency room for bad cramps.
“I really thought I was dreaming, even after, I was just in total disbelief.”
“I didn’t even tell Antonio right away because I didn’t think it was possible,” she adds. “I was going back and forth in my head how it could even happen. In my head we were good to go, we were having free sex! I just really thought that his procedure was the best protection you could have at this point.”
Antonio, 31, was just as shocked. “Originally, he was like, ‘Oh, s–t! Are you serious? How did this happen?’” Terricka recalls. “It was shocking news for the both of us. It took me a while to process it, but Antonio stood firm and was saying, ‘It’s God’s will.’ And he’s been excited the whole time.”
Antonio has two children with Terricka – plus Terricka’s oldest daughter – and eight children from previous relationships. The twins will be his 11th and 12th.
I guess Antonio won’t be denied on the field, and his sperm won’t be in the bedroom either.
Congrats to the couple.
