It’s official, Plaxico Burress will return to New York… as a Jet. Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the wideout has signed a one-year deal worth $3.017 million (yeah I know the random-but not so random “17”) is fully guaranteed.
I guess that means the Braylon Edwards era with the Jets is officially over. I wonder where he’ll end up. Oh well, the Jets (as you know if you’ve been paying attention to me) are officially in the running for “The Golden Stiletto.”
The move to sign Plaxico has made them just that more intriguing in my mind. Ready for preseason to get underway so I can stop thinking about my Ex (the NBA, duh :giggle:)
