The NBA is prepping to play hard ball with estranged LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling. Sterling has indicated through his anti-trust lawyer that he won’t pay the $2.5 million fine to the NBA and plans to sue them if they intend to force him out as owner.
The NBA is well aware of Stern’s litigious nature and has a variety of plans ready to execute including disenfranchisement if Sterling intends to keep his word not to sell the franchise.
