Jeanie Buss thinks anyone who is afraid of playing with Kobe is a loser [video]

Lakers president – and owner- Jeanie Buss is one of my favorites. The past two years have been trying for the Lakers organization and Jeanie has been at ground zero, even at times on the opposite side of her own family. Jeanie did the rounds on ESPN on Thursday, answering questions about the Lakers. Jeanie addressed the report stating Kobe is the reason free agents won’t come to LA.

“Any free agent that would be afraid to play with Kobe Bryant is probably a loser, and I’m glad they wouldn’t come to the team,”

“I read the story, I don’t agree with any of it. If there is somebody that’s on our payroll who is saying things like that, I’ll soon get to the bottom of it, and they won’t be working for us anymore.”

If you missed it, Jeanie also gives insight as to why Dwight left – not just Kobe, D’Antoni’s coaching scheme wasn’t a fit, about the Lakers pursuit of Carmelo, and her relationships with her brother Jim and fiance Phil Jackson.

She’s my favorite!
