More details are coming out about the strained relationship between Brooklyn Nets head coach Jason Kidd and his former lead assistant Lawrence Frank that led to Frank being reassigned– fired. In a recent coaches meeting, Kidd reportedly blew up on Frank in a profanity laced tirade whereKidd told Frank to “not f***ing move” from the bench during games.
The irony is that when Kidd was still a player with the Nets and wanted Byron Scott out as head coach, he pushed for Frank to get the job. Difficult transition from a player-coach relationship to that of peers.
