The Cleveland Cavaliers are having a terrible season. The Cavs are 16-33 on the season and on a six-game losing streak. Their number one draft pick and star, Kyrie Irving is unhappy. Bringing in Andrew Bynum was a bust. And to cap things off, the Cavs lost to an undermanned Lakers team at home, 119-108. We’re talking no Kobe, no Pau Gasol, no Nick Young or Jodie Meeks. Something has to change.
And it did on Thursday morning. The Cavaliers have fired general manager Chris Grant. Under Grant’s watch, the Cavs are on pace to miss their fourth straight post season. The team released a statement from owner Dan Gilbert.
