Watch Amar’e Stoudemire propose to Alexis Welch in Paris [video]

 

Is Amar’e Stoudemire gearing up for a reality show? If not, what is the point of this painfully scripted “proposal” for STAT TV? Amar’e dropped the video of his June proposal to his long-time girlfriend, Alexis Welch. I’m sure there was passion surging through the two as they built up to this moment but, the cameras failed to capture it. This just feels pretty dry and uncomfortable.

 

But still, a proposal in Paris with an amazing ring and the lights of the Eiffel Tower in the background isn’t a bad way to go.
