Vanessa Bryant Files For Divorce From Kobe Because Of Cheating

Well, it’s certainly about to get interesting in L.A. Vanessa Bryant has filed for divorce from Kobe officially citing irreconcilable differences. But per TMZ the real reason is Kobe’s cheating.

“She’s been dealing with these incidents for a long time and has been a faithful wife, but she’s finally had enough,” adding, “This one is the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

According to the legal docs, Vanessa is asking for joint custody of their 2 daughters — 8-year-old Natalia and 5-year-old Giana — but Vanessa is asking that Kobe get visitation rights, which means she wants the kids in her care most of the time.

Kobe is willing to give spousal support and as we ALL remember, there is no pre nup so Vanessa is entitled to HALF! This season Kobe is schedule to make about $30 million from the Lakers this season and has made approximately $360 million over the course of his career. With a net worth currently around $150 Million per TMZ.

Vanessa’s divorce lawyer happens to be the same attorney handling Kim Kardashian’s divorce, Laura Wasser.

Vanessa signed the divorce petition on December 1.  Kobe signed his response on December 7. The couple released a joint statement. Kobe has already moved out of their Newport Beach home.

“We ask that in the interest of our young children and in light of the upcoming holiday season, the public respect our privacy during this most difficult time,”

Damn, LA is going to have a different sort of fire season this year.
