Tony Parker using Chris Brown’s altercation with Frank Ocean as evidence in his $20 million lawsuit against W.I.P.

Spurs Tony Parker was in the club last June when a bottle throwing fight broke out between Drake and Chris Brown’s entourages. While no criminal charges were filed against the rapper and r&b singer, Tony Parker suffered an eye injury and has filed a $20 million lawsuit against W.I.P. night club. Recently Chris Brown had an altercation with singer Frank Ocean at a Los Angeles area recording studio allegedly over a parking space. Parker’s lawyers felt that was proof that the night club was negligent in allowing Brown in their establishment last June and has filed new documents in the case.

The injury almost prevented Parker from participating in the Olympics. Can’t really see Parker winning this case but maybe the goal is a nice settlement.
