Shaunie O’Neal Hopes Shaq Will Invest In His Kids During Retirement [Video]

Basketball Wives Season 3 is in full swing and with Shaquille O’Neal retiring this week, of course people are going to be looking for a soundbite from Shaunie O’Neal. TMZ cameras caught up with her on Friday night at the Cabana club in Hollywood.  Initially after Shaq’s retirement announcement,  Shaunie seemed very supportive and encouraging, Tweeting this message:

But then something seemed to happen because the following day she made this tweet:

I know, that’s a lot of Twitter detective work however, check out some of the statements she made to TMZ:

• “It was about time that Shaq retired and he should invest his time with his kids.” (I wonder if this has to do with his planned reality show with Nikki “Hoopz” Alexander.)
• When asked if she had a favorite in the Mavs vs. Heat finals (they made it a point to mention Chris Bosh) she said she didn’t care (Guess that has to do with his lawsuit)
• Her goal is to be the “Black Bethany”
