Shaq Under Investigation For Alleged Assault At Turner Studios

Shaquille O’Neal has always been known as an overgrown kid. Shaq likes prank and play a lot of games. It’s how his “Shaqin’ A Fool” segment was born in TNT’s “Inside the NBA.” Now that playful nature may have gotten him into some hot water.

Shaq is under investigation by the Atlanta Police for alleged assault that took place at Turner Studios with a co-worker.

“(The co-worker) alleged Shaquille O’Neal tackled him to the ground causing injury to his back while they were at work at Turner Studios,” said Sgt. Greg Lyon with the Atlanta Police Department.

The incident took place on May 19 at the studios located at Techwood Drive and 10th Street.

Robert Williams went to the Atlanta Police Department and said that Shaq tackle-punched him, knocking him down and falling on top of him.

Williams is denying that there was horseplay involved. and reportedly had to have surgery due to the injuries he suffered. I’m sure a civil suit will follow shortly.
