Scottie Pippen sued over fight at Nobu for $4 million

NBA legend Scottie Pippen has been for $4 million by 49-year-old Camran Shafighi. The two ended up in an altercation on June 23rd  in Malibu at the parking lot of Nobu.  Shafighi claims he asked Pippen to take a picture for his girlfriend’s 12-year-old son. In the suit he states he was the victim of a “brutal and unjustified physical attack” that included having his  face spat in, shoved and, a punch that knocked Shafighi to the ground.

“At no time did or could Mr. Shafighi physically provoke or fight back, as he was knocked unconscious with the first blow,” the lawsuit says.

Meanwhile, there were reports that Shafighi was the aggressor, taking pictures of Pippen and his family inside the restaurant and outside in the parking lot. The incident is still being investigated by  Sheriffs, Pippen wasn’t arrested and no charges were filed.
