In a week that saw the Miami Heat’s Chris Bosh’s home robbed of over $300k in jewelry, watches and designer bags, Bosh wasn’t the only victim of a burglary last week. San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich’s home was burglarized too.
Among the items taken was the Spurs head coach’s Air Force Academy class ring.
Obviously with celebs and athletes – even pseudo ones at this point with the popularity of Twitter and Instagram stars – when you’re away from hime, it’s pretty well documented. The scary thing in both of these crimes is that security systems and gated areas were implemented. No matter how safe you feel you are, if someone has a will, they will find a way.
