Ravens Terrell Suggs wife Candace accused him of cheating in divorce filing

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs probably wasn’t in the hearts and candy mood for this year’s Valentine’s day. Candace Suggs, Terrell’s wife of two years, and mother of their two children – ages six and seven – has filed for divorce.

Candace is claiming that Terrell cheated on her. She filed for divorce, including a request for alimony, last December.

An attorney for Terrell Suggs said that he remained faithful to his wife until they separated nearly a year ago.

“The allegations she makes concerning Mr. Suggs occurred  well after they separated,” said attorney Thomas C. Ries. “They were no longer in love and they no longer wanted to be married to one another.”

The couple married shortly after Candace accused Terrell of domestic violence and requested a protective order in 2009. Candace accused him of tossing bleach on her and their son. Another incident allegedly took place in 2012 where Candace accused him of punching her, and dragging her behind a car.

The couple married three days after the incident, and Candace canceled the order.

Seems to happen frequently with those Ravens huh…

The couple reportedly had a confidential prenup arrangement.
