Pilar Sanders Accuses Deion Sanders Of Witholding Cash Unless She Agrees To “Sexual Favors”

We knew the Pilar and Deion Sanders divorce would be messy. The latest update, Pilar is accusing Deion of withholding money from her and only offering her $300 in exchange for sex. TMZ has the details:

Pilar has filed an emergency motion in a Texas courtroom … claiming the NFL legend has canceled her credit cards and left her without any financial means to support herself and their children … and she needs the judge to force Deion to give her money so she can survive. 

In the docs, Pilar claims, “Since [Deion] filed for divorce on December 21, 2011, he has given [Pilar] $300.00 and offered her money in exchange for sexual favors.”

She then notes, “Pilar turned down the money.”

Whoa. I have no idea if Pilar’s accusations are correct but if they are, I wouldn’t be surprised. Control seems to be a major issue in their relationship and taking away one’s financial freedom is the biggest way to keep someone under your thumb. Let this be a lesson to the ladies who envision marrying an athlete as a means to an end.  Always have an exit plan, one that involves having your account with emergency funds, not all divorces will be as quick and generous as Kobe and Vanessa’s.
