Nick Young calls out ESPN anchor who dissed Iggy Azalea

Sunday night, Sports Center anchor Robert Flores aimed a diss at Lakers star Nick Young’s girlfriend, rapper Iggy Azalea.

During the “What Did We Learn?” segment, Flores said Iggy killed hip-hop.

“We learned that according to the Lakers’ Nick Young a dolphin recently tried to kill him. So Nick while dolphins are trying to kill you, your girlfriend is trying to kill hip hop … let’s call it even, ok?”

Nick saw the video, and decided he wanted to see Flores in the streets to let him know how mad he was. At one point, he compared ESPN to BET.

He’s since deleted those tweets. Of course Nick had every right to defend his girlfriend. But, the lowkey threat of seeing Robert in the street was interesting.

Nick didn’t come at Snoop like that during their tiff. As a matter of fact, Nick even @’s Snoop. He subtweeted him.

Snoop is often court side at Lakers games, or at any number of night life events in LA, Why didn’t he ask to see him? Snoop said some not nice things about Iggy, but Nick’s breaking point was a random Sports Center anchor saying her rapping sucks?

Nick always maintains he’s not about that life. I think he should treat the guy from Sports Center the same way he did Snoop.
