Nets Kris Humphries sued for allegedly giving woman herpes, he’s 100% positive claim is false

A woman who claims she met Nets forward- and at some point, Kim Kardashian’s EX husband – Kris Humphries in LA in 2010 is suing him claiming he gave her herpes.

Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris in August, 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe on Robertson Blvd. in L.A. They flirted, exchanged numbers, and she claims that night they met up at Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip.

According to the suit, Kris came on to Kayla, touching, kissing and dancing with her. Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times … including oral sex. The suit claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom.

The lawsuit claims Kris did not inform Kayla he had herpes — and she claims in the suit that he did indeed have the disease.

Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful legions on her genitalia.

Kayla is suing Humphries for sexual battery. But it took her two years to sue him… Conveniently after his Kim K hype and big contract with the Nets? Kris is denying the claim.

The 27-year-old Brooklyn Nets forward is “100 percent sure” he didn’t give Goldberg herpes, reports Gossip Cop. Humphries’ rep told the website the lawsuit is “completely bogus,” and revealed that Goldberg’s attorney reached out to Kris’ lawyer last winter and demanded $24 million, noting that she wouldn’t “take less than $1 million,” or she’d go public with her allegations.

Sounds like extortion if Kris’ version of the events are true… or a bit of lawsuit karma.
