The 2012 conference theme was, “Empowering a better you.” Guest speakers included; life strategist, Marshawn Evans, “Football Wives” cast member, Chanita Foster, Parenting lifestyle consultant Audrey Griffin and others. There was also a luncheon honoring “Women in Philanthropy.” Those honored included; Majorie Harvey, Rev. Bernice King, Tracy Wilson Mourning and Monica Kaufman Pearson.
