Nate Robinson, Kemba Walker, Kenyon Martin & More Hoop At Jamie Foxx’s Charity Game [Video]

This past weekend in L.A. Jamie Foxx held his 3rd annual Summer Slam charity event. The day started at noon with a 3 on 3 tournament as well as a live auction. Several of your favorite NBA stars were on hand to participate as well as donate money. There were two 3 on 3 tournaments, one featuring celebrities vs. celebrities and one featuring NBA players vs NBA players with each NBA team also having a celebrity coach. The event was sponsored by Under Armour

Proceeds from the event raised nearly 1/2 million dollars for the Jamie Foxx Foundation and the Pacific Lodge Youth Services.

Ready for the list of Jocks who played in the “NBA” special 5 on 5 game (too many NBA stars showed up so they expanded the teams)?

I wonder if all those guys are really giving up that $5000 each. They looked beyond shocked when Jamie Foxx said that. Others spotted on the scene include Baron Davis, Gary Payton, Barry Bonds, Kenny Lofton, Snoop Dogg and Laura Govan and Imani Showalter of Basketball Wives LA

Did I mention this event took place at a house. Of course there was an after party, the event wouldn’t be complete without that. Can’t be mad at hoops and a soiree all for a greater purpose!

The only downside, someone Robbed Jamie of about $300K worth of jewelry.
