Miami appeals court rules Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife doesn’t need mental evaluation

The battle between Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches continues, although a bit quieter since a gag order was placed on the case. Per Gossip Extra, A Miami appeals court just ruled in favor of Funches, in DWade’s quest to have Siohvaughn mentally evaluated.

The Third District Court of Appeals announced minutes ago it ruled against Wade in his attempt to have Funches, the mother of his two boys, mentally evaluated.

The appeals court also ordered the judge on the case, Antonio Marin, removed for his siding with Wade and denying Funches “the most basic right of due process.”

Dwyane Wade and Siohvaughn are battling it out in a Florida court over visitation. Though their divorce was finalized this summer, Siohvaughn hasn’t agreed to the financial terms, which are still pending in a Chicago court.
