Blazers point guard Damian Lillard started an Instagram contest called “4 Bar Fridays.” Basically, you spit your best rap in 4 bars, use that hashtag and Dame will feature the winners on his Instagram account. This week, there was a new entry into the mix, LeBron James blessed the people with his 4 bars, that of course included a reference to his greatness!

Eagles DeSean Jackson got in on it too. Warning, his language is not PG-13.
