Most guys like to play golf, but Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald just took that pastime to another level.
On Saturday, the NFL vet posted this photo of him teeing off on top of the Hanglip Mountain. He was playing the Extreme 19th at the Legend Golf & Safari Resort in South Africa, the highest (1,300 feet) and longest (395 yards) par-3 golf hole in the world.
How do you get to the Extreme 19th? Oh, only by helicopter of course, and it features a green that is shaped like the continent of Africa and surrounded by a bunker.
While Fitzgerald wasn’t too happy about his score on the whole, his “extreme” vacation did end at the golf course. The wide out also bungee jumped from a cliff.
Fitzgerald is definitely in the running for most exciting NFL offseason.
