Lamar Odom appeared on “The Doctors” and reflected on how his past drug abuse affected his life. He recently completed a 30-day stint in rehab and is doing much better. When asked what he’s looking forward to Odom had a simple answer, “Honestly, I want my wife back.”
Odom says he wants to live a healthy and happy life, one that would include Khloe Kardashian. Their divorce was recently finalized after Khloe was fed up with his repeated drug and alcohol abuse after she tried numerous times to help him get clean.
“Khloe is important to me,” Lamar said. “She’s been through all of this with me and she stood right by my side so I just wanna repay her.”
Unfortunately for Odom, Khloe has since moved on and is dating Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson.
Still, Odom has a message for Khloe and his kids.
“I just want to tell them I’m sorry for all that wasted time and wasted energy that in my addiction I didn’t know who I was so I couldn’t take care of myself. I damn sure couldn’t take care of anyone else.”
Odom says his biggest regret is wasted time.
