Khloé Kardashian is riding for marriage. The almost-Ex-Mrs.-Odom has been with her estranged husband, former NBA star Lamar Odom, since last week after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. Lamar reportedly went on a weekend binge that included two women, cocaine and an herbal Viagra supplement.
On Monday night, Lamar was transferred via medical helicopter to a Los Angeles area hospital. According to USA Today, Lamar and Khloé have decided to call off their divorce. The petition was filed in 2013, but paperwork was recently signed in July.
That means Khloé has ended her four-month summer fling with Houston Rockets star James Harden.
Health-wise, Lamar has taken his first steps. There are also reports it’s possible Lamar will need a kidney transplant. His Aunt JaNean Mercer released a statement:
“As Lamar begins a new chapter in his road to recovery, PLEASE continue to uplift him and the family in prayer. He continues to make miraculous progress, taking a few steps in Los Angeles. We couldn’t be more overjoyed!” the statement said. “We realize Lamar’s continued improvement will not be easy, however his unrelenting strength and faith in GOD will pull him through.”
Khloé also released a statement thanking the Staff and nurses at Sunset hospital:
“You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure,” she said. “Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!
