Kris Humphries plans to sue woman who accused him of giving her an STD

Nets big man Kris Humphries is planning to sue a Los Angeles woman for defamation for accusing him of giving her the herpes virus. Kayla Goldberg filed a sexual battery lawsuit against Humphries first, claiming that he gave her the STD following a one night stand in August of 2010. That case is set to go to trial in February of 2014. However, Humphries lawyer, announced in preliminary hearings that he’s planning to counter sue and that the claims against him are 100% false and Goldberg is simply looking for a monetary come-up. I wonder if Kris will still be married once this trial goes down. Humphries-Kardashian union is now on it’s 16 month.

The most curious part of Goldberg’s case, she reportedly had sexual contact with several men, unprotected, during the same time frame. The lesson in all of this kids, wrap it up. Pretty simple and if it’s someone you don’t know and you have the urge for oral action too, use a dental dam, cut a condom in half, SOMETHING.
