Kris Humphries lawyer quits claims the annulment angle is weak

Kris Humphries lawyer has quit on him per TMZ. I guess I’m not the only one who thinks Kris needs to just sign the papers and move on with his life. Sources close to Humphries are claiming that his California attorney Marshall Waller “made it clear to his client … there are NO legal grounds for annulling his marriage to Kim, because there’s absolutely NO evidence of fraud.”

Waller has reportedly quit the case leaving Kris with only Lee Hutton, his out-of-state lawyer on the case. The split was due to “irreconcilable differences.” Kris is seeking to have the start of the trial delayed for a fourth time as he continues to try to get Kim Kardashian to admit she defrauded him with their marriage. Kris has had everyone from the wedding planner to Kanye West deposed in the matter.

Le Sigh… Kris, we’ve been here before. There are so many reasons why I feel you are doing yourself a disservice by the continued pursuit of this action. If it’s your faith, did you not include your faith in the premarital sex you engaged in? Kim mentioned before you were married she didn’t want to move to Minnesota, that wasn’t a clue this might not be the best move? Move on with your life, you might be missing your actual wife trying to haggle with Kim. The respect that you’re looking for won’t come delaying this divorce.
