The civil war drama between Kobe Bryant and his parents just got deeper. Kobe has already filed suit against Goldin Auctions and has won an injunction stopping the sale of at least a million dollars worth of memoribilia items. Kobe claimed his mother stole some of the items from him and he never gave her permission to keep them. Now Kobe’s parents AND Kobe’s grandmother have filed their own declarations- standard procedure – to say nope, it’s Kobe that’s lying. Kobe’s father, Joe “Jellybean” Bryant per TMZ said Kobe specifically told his mother that he wanted her to have the items. Suffice it to say, there were no happy mother’s day calls or texts yesterday. Kobe recently posted a photo on Instagram with his grandmother but it’s unclear if this is the same one that submitted the court declaration.
