As the Nets were hosting their first home game at Barclays Center, the Knicks were at the Beacon theater with their own event to gear up for the team’s kick off of the new season. Hosted by MSG’s Tina Cervasio and Knicks player/coach (or something like that) Baron Davis, the evening also featured a performance by Swizz Beatz – he’s like the Knicks unofficial rap representative, right- and of course a Q&A with the team.

With the additions of Jason Kidd, Rasheed Wallace, Marcus Camby and Kurt Thomas, the Knicks are the oldest team in NBA history… I wonder if anyone asked what special precautions would be put in place for the old guys… It’s a legit question. :giggle:
