Kim Kardashian Threatens To Sue In Touch Over Claims She’s Cheating On Kris Humphries With NFL Star Bret Lockett

Kim Kardashian is threatening to sue In Touch magazine and Patriots safety Bret Lockett over claims that Kim cheated on her fiance Kris Humphries with Bret.

“These falsehoods are, at a minimum, damaging, defamatory, and an invasion of (Kardashian’s) privacy,” the letter to In Touch’s Entertainment Director reads. Kim’s lawyer also requested they not move forward with printing the story, stating, it would be at their “legal risk and peril, Govern yourself accordingly.”

According to the article, Kim and Bret had a “text” relationship for 5 months. He’s quoted in the story saying,

“I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does,” Lockett alleging that “(Kardashian) pursued me,” and finally, “I hope she’s happy.”

Oh and Kim, I love the Gucci ensemble but next time I’d say go a size up because somehow this look isn’t translating for you. Usually she’s fire. Le sigh, just another day in the Kardashian news cycle.
