Kim Kardashian enduring stress related pregnancy pains, Kris Humphries lawyers says not their problem

The legal battle between Kim Kardashian and her estranged hubsband Kris Humphries rages on. Kim is pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West’s baby and is due in July however she is STILL legally married to Kris. Kim has said Kris’ lawyers are using stall tactics to keep the matter from moving forward and putting an end to the 72-day marriage that has somehow managed to stretch out a year and three months beyond Kim’s filing.

Kim is reportedly having stress related pains putting her unborn child at risk and would like to speed things along but Humphries’ lawyer, Marshall W. Waller says Kim’s pregnancy is no reason to speed up the divorce proceedings.

“what is really going on here is that an ‘urgency’ in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy” is being used by Kardashian as “an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage (to) prematurely set this matter for trial.”

Super ugly with no end in sight. I bet Kim wishes she could dunk Kris Humphries like Kobe did to him last night.
